Frequently
Asked Questions
Q. How much do
we charge?
A.
|
This is by far the #1 question
asked. However, since our programs are tailored to the needs
of each individual student, we cannot quote prices until we've
spoken with you and assessed your requirements. |
Q. How often
are lessons?
|
A. |
Lessons are taught a minimum of once a week,
with the more ambitious or more advanced students taking lessons
twice a week. |
Q. How long are
lessons?
A.
|
This really depends on age
and level. Very young beginning students start off with
30-minute lessons. Adults may start with 45 minutes or one
hour, at the teacher's discretion. More advanced players
may require 1½ to 2 hour lessons. |
Q. From what
ages do we accept students?
|
A. |
Piano: 5 through adult
Guitar: 10 through adult |
Q. How much do
I have to practice?
A.
|
How badly do you want to
learn? Honestly, the more the better. As a general
guideline, we say you need to practice at least as long as your
lesson is, every day. |
Q. What hours
do we teach?
A.
|
Piano: Monday -- Friday,
9:00AM -- 8:00PM |
Guitar: Monday & Wednesday,
4:00PM -- 8:00PM
